ok so tonight i went to the casino with my friend to play a little poker. hes 21 and im 20 (its a 21 and over casino but they dont card and i had been before). he ended up hitting the jackpot, he had AAA1010 and lost to quad aces. his payout was about 3 grand and mine should have been a little over 800 as the table share. obviously since im only 20 i said i didnt have my id and they told me to come back when i have it, but they could tell i wasnt old enough as the head security guard told me i look 16 or 17 and have a babyface. my question is, is there anything i can do? or do i just kiss that 800 good bye. i was thinking about getting a fake id before this happened (one that backlights and scans) but im worried then they check the numbers something will be off and ill get arrested for having a fake. a witness told me they need my id for tax purposes (id its was under 600 i wouldnt have to show id) which makes me even more nervous to try getting the money. basically im planning on getting a fake anyways (in 2 months ill be the only one of my friends thats not 21, so ill use it for bars and casinos) but is there anyway to get that money with out the possibilty of going to jail. the casino is hollywood park in los angeles if that hepls anyone
If u have a really good fake i.d. it may work. Its not like they go run ur numbers in a computer 1st....BUT if you get caught im pretty sure you will get a lifetime ban from the casino which would be a bitch.....I dont know law but i wouldnt think you would be arrested if caught, wait come to think of it they do arrest people here for using a fake i.d. at the casino..thats what happened to LSU starting QB last year...

ya i think im basically f**ked. my buddy gave me a couple hundred and i had already won 200 there, so i still made out nice for the day. i decided its not worth using a fake id although im getting one from the dmv in couple of weeks (if things work out). 800 is a lot of money but its not worth getting banned and possibly paying extra fines and probation (the likely out come of getting caught with a fake). my freinds dad said that they cant legally keep the money since its mine, and if i not allowed to claim it they have to give it to the state, of some bullshit like that. im going to call a couple of different casinos anonymously and see what their policies are in this situation. i guess the best case situation is that theyll tell me to come back when im 21 and claim it. you guys seem to have been around this situation before, do you know what most casinos policies are in this situation? thank for the help guys
